We Are:Northwest Rain Basketball is an nonprofit organization, founded in 2010 by Ike Pam, and an devoted group of men passionate about two things… raising healthy successful children and playing the game of basketball. We have developed a program for children in grades 5th through 11th that emphasize education and mentoring.Teaching student athletes to respect themselves and others. All participants in the program are required to maintain a high GPA in order to participate in our athletic program. The children are provided opportunities to participate in highly competitive tournaments, attend skill camps, and customized practice sessions to strengthen their game.Today, our non-profit organization has served over 350 families in the King County area. The NW Rain support, including parents, coaches and sponsors is steadfast in our commitment to educate and encourage today’s adolescents who are destined to become tomorrow’s role models.We have developed tutorial programs to improve student’s academic skills and as a team we volunteer time in various community give back programs to inspire other youths, as well as have the teams participate in all NW Rain fundraising events.We strive to offer our program free of charge to all participants.
