President/Trainer/Coach: Ike Pam (Coach DreadHead)Ike played varsity all four years of HS and attended Washington State University. He has now been coaching for 10 years. He began working for the City of Kent and decided to start a basketball development program. In just two seasons, NW Rain went from 4 kids to 82 kids. He took kids that were cut from their school teams, coached them up, and they made their school teams the following season. He has also sent kids to college. He has worked as a personal trainer and has worked the Made hoops camp,Prep hoops, All american showcase, epd top 40 and Elite Basketball Circuit just to name afew. He coaches at Hazen high schools, and even worked with College, semi pro and Nba players. Ike Pam is in his tenth year training . He coached in 8 All-Star games and two time coach of the year.
